The Hotel seems to have a large number of rooms which is not compatible for the only 3 (yes, three) slow elevators. It should be noted that 1 elevator appeared to be broken, so only 2 functioning). When I was there, the Hotel seemed to be fully-booked, which made me take the stairs up and down from the 5th floor as the elevator line was huge to be waited. Moreover, the breakfast was a nightmare for both guests and Im sure for the staff as well. Food was missing on the buffet because of the capacity, a waiting line outside the restaurant because of lack of tables, at some point no coffee cups and plates. Last: the pool. It is such a small pool for a booked hotel that if everyone decided to swim at the same time, clearly that wouldn’t be possible to happen because it wouldn’t fit.

There are so many things that i dont know where to start. First and foremost the hospitality and kindness of the front desk staff. Paulo, Patricia and all the others were incredible. They made my stay a dream come true. Everything was way above my expectation. I am familiar with traveling and good hotel (Beirut, Paris, Dubai). You could be at a Ritz Carlton or the George V in Paris and will never receive that level of personal attention and genuine desire to help you. My only issue was with me; for not being able to meet with them one by one to personally thank them.

Nice pictures but disappointing in reality
I spent one night at this hotel and chose it for its location and pretty pictures. On arriving at the hotel I was disappointed to see the room I was put in, which was towards the back of the hotel and close to the swimming pool, which was noisy at times. The room is small and the beds were uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and musty. The food is average.

really nice hotel
It was exactly what I needed. The room was very spacious, the beds were so comfortable, the breakfast amazing! The only down fall was the smell from the beach when we were laying out by the pool. The smell of the beach was horrendous. Other than that, our stay was great!

Hotel Bom mas nao gostei muito limpeza localização atendimento tudo bom, mas pisina muito pequena para tamanho do hotel, cafe da manha bom mas muito repetindo, a ceia de Natal foi perfeita porem no Hotel nao tinha decoracao Natalina tipo Árvores de Natal na recepcao luzes estando dentro dele nem parecia que era Natal isso me decpcionou pq Amo o Natal inclusive em Maceio que é Lindo.

Localizacao nao é boa sem carro, hotel é ok, academia pequena, quartos com camas e limpeza boa, o que decepcionou foi a alimentação, café da manha muito ruim, e jantar da meia pensão nao vale a pena ..melhor pedir ate mesmo uma pizza...Não voltaria...uma pena.

Já foi ótimo, hoje péssimo.
No 1º quarto estava fedido, não sei explicar qual tipo de cheiro, mas era ácido, até a concierge nos sugeriu solicitar a troca de quarto por conta do cheiro. 2º quarto com muita areia no chão e a água não gelava, informei a recepção que mandou a manutenção ir até o quarto, chegando nos informou que era normal, que a temperatura estava em 55° (impossível a água não estava nem perto do 20°), fui em outro quarto água fria de novo, ou seja se querem água quente fujam desse hotel, lembrando que estava com um bebê de 2 meses. Café da manhã uma bagunça e com demora na reposição, fora que a maioria das comidas quentes estavam frias, sucos quentes e de péssima qualidade. Já nos hospedamos em 2013, era maravilhoso, bem organizado, lindo, limpo, cheiroso, com ótimos atendentes, hoje não recomendo e não volto mais.

Logo ao chegar com a desculpa de levar a bagagem fomos abordado por um vendedor insistente de cotas num resort. O mesmo se repete na saída do café da manhã. Segundo a localização e o conforto do hotel não justificam o preço.

Fotos não representam a realidade. Café da manhã uma bagunça total. Não tem um pão francês crocante, tudo murcho. Faltou leite todos os dias. Xícaras imundas a ponto de ter que escolher dentre 10 ou mais para encontrar uma sem marca de sujeira! Suco de laranja “regulado”!!!! Tapioca sem gosto de nada e mal feita o que não é aceitável em se tratando de nordeste! Todos os ar condicionados nojentos e muito mas muito velhos! O do restaurante então, já foi pintado várias vezes e não funciona direito! Quiseram cobrar por gelo! Recepção com gente grossa! Atendimento extremamente demorado no restaurante! Elevadores velhos, lentos e travavam por mais de uma vez! Chuveiro esguichando para todos os lados! Vaso sanitário demora 12 min para encher de novo! Toalhas que parecem panos de chão: não secam nada, pequenas, finas, ásperas e manchadas! Vou parar por aqui! Um lixo de hotel!
