Always amazing! Iā€™ve stayed at San Marino four times now, and the consistency is what brings me back. The staff is lovely and welcoming, making you feel at home immediately. The rooms are impressively spacious (plenty of room to relax), and the breakfast remains a highlight every morning - you must try the tapioca! There is just such a lovely feeling and "good vibes" throughout the hotel. Highly recommended!

The property was clean, and the room was very large. The shower water was so good, bed was new, big tv a big plus, cause most Brazilian Hotel has small tvs, and finally the price, I stayed in other hotels in the area, and this hotel has more quality than other big hotels name, believe me.

O hotel Ć© muito bem localizado, na Ponta Verde, e oferece uma vista deslumbrante. Mesmo passando por reforma, isso nĆ£o atrapalhou minha estadia, pois as obras foram feitas de forma discreta e eficiente. Os funcionĆ”rios sĆ£o extremamente gentis e atenciosos, em especial a irmĆ£zinha JanaĆ­na, que faz uma tapioca deliciosa no cafĆ© da manhĆ£! O restaurante do hotel tambĆ©m Ć© muito bom, com opƧƵes variadas e saborosas. O hotel oferece estacionamento prĆ³prio, o que foi muito Ćŗtil, e as piscinas sĆ£o uma delĆ­cia para relaxar. Excelente acomodaĆ§Ć£o! Quarto gigante! TĆ£o grande que hĆ” 2 splits! Camas super confortĆ”veis, roupas de cama e banho de qualidade, mĆ³veis novos e funcionais, frigobar abastecido, possui varanda ampla. Banheiro pequeno, mas com box grande e boa pressĆ£o de Ć”gua. A pia fica fora do banheiro, com bancada espaƧosa, espelho grande, separada da cama por uma parede de vidro opaco. IluminaĆ§Ć£o do quarto Ć© excelente. Tem uma bancada de trabalho grande e muito lugar no armĆ”rio sem portas. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© bom, honesto. A tapioca feita na hora Ć© excelente! O melhor do buffet. A estadia foi em uma suite. Gostamos da acomodaĆ§Ć£o. Durante toda a estadia, demandas simples como transformador de voltagem e chamada de taxi nĆ£o puderam ser atendidas. Recomendo que faƧam parceria com uma das academias no entorno, pois a instalaĆ§Ć£o de atividade fisica nĆ£o estĆ” bem equipada.
