Inka Wonder is in a great location in town. The room overlooked the river and was very comfortable. The staff were helpful & a small breakfast was included, the coffee was really good. I did have to pay with cash at the hotel in local currency as they do not take credit cards which seems to be common in Peru.

Inka Wonder is best for a quick one night stay. We requested breakfast for the next morning but we did not receive it. We had to leave not long after and could not wait for the breakfast after waiting an additional 30 minutes. The hotel had good hot water.

Good location and the staffs are really nice. It’s belong the rail so there was some noise.i think it’s depends on the room. My room did not have windows for outside. So it was dark. But it was just 1 night and no problem.

Se não encontrar nada melhor, fique!

O horário do check-out é muito cedo (às 09:00), o café da manhã é servido às 04:00 para os que irão subir a Machu Picchu cedo, porém o café da manhã simples e insuficiente. Além do que a mesma funcionária que faz o café , é quem vai te atender na recepção (qndo saímos a porta estava fechada e ela no último andar fazendo café, tivemos que subir a porta de loja para sair) Contudo, são mto solícitos, nos deixaram permanecer no Hall até o horário de saída do nosso trem e guardaram nossas malas.

Perfect budget hotel

We stayed here just for a nights sleep before machu picchu. Easy to find from the station, the staff were very helpful, beyond expectations. Made sure we had everything we needed for the next day and suggested where to eat and not eat and what to be careful of. Room was good for the price, WiFi really good. Nice quiet room. Breakfast is served from 4am

Guter Komfort und äußerst freundliches Personal

Fazit nach 7 Tagen: TOP Preis-Leistung =) Optimale telefonische Beratung zur Anreise. Abholung vom Bahnhof (22:45 Uhr). Der Weg ist auch alleine leicht zu finden. Das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer getragen. Das Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf den Fluss mit doppelten Fenstern. Gut ausgestattet. 3 Stromanschlüsse (auch für EU-Stecker). Es gibt keine Heizung im Zimmer, es kann abends kalt werden. Das Bad: verfügt über heißes Wasser in der Dusche, nicht jedoch am Waschbecken. Es werden Seife, Klopapier und Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Bad verfügt über Lamellenfenster, allerdings über keine Heizung, wodurch die Feuchtigkeit sich anstaut - mit der Folge leichter Schimmelbildung und modrigen Geruchs. Das inklusive Frühstück: findet zwischen 04:00 - 08:00 Uhr auf der schönen Terrasse statt, die durch Glasfenster großteils windgeschützt ist, aber es zieht dennoch. Eine Heizung für Außenbereiche ist vorhanden, aber ohne Funktion. Deswegen warm anziehen! Es gibt Kaffee, Tee (Coca Blätter), Semmeln, Käse, Schinken, Marmelade und frischen Annanas oder Papayasaft. Ameise in einer Butterkugel (nicht schlimm, kann überall passieren). Käse und Schweineschinken berühren sich oft auf dem Teller (!!) Der Service war sehr gut: Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt und nach der Abreise wurde mit einem auf dem Transport verschollenen Koffer tatkräftig unterstützt, sodass dieser wiederbeschafft werden konnte. Kühlschrank Mitbenutzung, Gläser leihweise auf dem Zimmer. Ausführliche Infos!

Según tengo entendido, cuándo reservas por Expedia te cobran todo o alguna parte del hotel. En ese hotel me quedó dudua ya que según esto solo estaba reservado y no se había pagado nada. Pagué la totalidad al llegar. Podrían ser un poco más claros con eso

Love the location

We had a great time at Agua Calientes. The location was great. The staffs were wonderful, especially Diego from the front desk. He helped us with anything we need from booking a guide to needing 2 glasses for wine to enjoy on the roof top. The view was awesome. Easy walk to everything.

Great place to spend the night

Great place to spend the night! Close to everything, however the shower and bathrooms seem to always have a problem. Either the shower curtain was too small and water was going everywhere or the toilet wouldn’t work. Other than that the hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly!

It is a good place to stay for a visit to Agua Calientes and to Machu Picchu. The staff is nice and helpful. You get a breakfast and wifi with the room. The shower is nice and hot. It is close to the bus ticket booth and drop-off and pickup site for the ride to Machu Picchu. We reserved with a credit card and thought we would pay the price listed on hotels.com. There was a charge to use the credit card instead of cash. So bring cash to pay for the room.

the room is nice,great view. but you can hear every guests‘s voice . During our stya,we had few issue while we stay there. but the staffs are very nice and responded right away to fix our issue. Breakfast is simple but very good. will stay here again.

Great staff, convenient location

Staff is great and super friendly, they will even pick you up from the train station and walk with you to the hotel. Room was clean but some items needed some tlc/upkeep. There was a tv in the room with satellite channels, which is a nice perk. The best part is however the convenient location near the train station and the bus that goes up to Machu Picchu. They even begin serving breakfast at 4 am to make sure you have time to eat before catching an early bus up.
