It's a nice waterfront property with small beach, water is beautiful and clean, but rocky entrance, water shoes are helpful; very nice view, beautiful sunrise, relaxing beach and it's just a few minutes' walk to the ferry terminal. and couple dining options around, very convenient. All rooms are lakefront and two bedrooms are great for traveling with family. Would be nice to have breakfast option on site, but they have a pretty good coffee and offer coupons to local breakfast places.

The best thing about this location is it's proximity to the beach and downtown area. Rooms, common areas, balcony, and beach areas could be well maintained. This place definitely needs new carpet, walls, and furniture.

The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating by making sure the 2 rooms booked were next to each other. It would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby for us early risers but the beach view and sunrise were absolutely amazing!
