Home away from home, Gem in the making
"What an amazing place, Mpongo Premier Game Reserve is the best. The Manager Pieter made sure that our stay is pleasant. From Reception the welcoming was excellent. Johannes the Ranger gave us tutorials about the Game Reserve thank you very much. The food was wonderful Breakfast was exquisite"

"Check in was nice and quick.The staff not so friendly but very professional. They could use some customer service training and smile a bit. I had a really great room with the view of the pool and the ocean and the garden is beautifully maintained. They skimp on amenities.. no lotion no shampoo/conditioner. ..."
