This property was fine for our overnight. It could use some updating. The hairdryers in the room reminded me of the old cap type hairdryer with the hose, but without the cap. LOL! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever passing thru Macon, GA again, we would stay there.

Let me first say the staff I encountered was nice except for being walked in on with it a knock on in our room without a knock on the door. The staffer assumed we were home and i wasn't dressed. The room was extremely overpriced. The linens weren't the cleanest and my oldest daughter and elderly uncle got several bites in bed. My youngest daughter and i refused to get under the linens. I woke up to a crawling insect on my pillow at eye level. There was nothing extravagant enough to charge $143. No elevators or anything.

The property was very easy to find and the night desk man was very pleasant. He even came around to see if I needed help with getting my cat in. I got a pet friendly room and the room was nice and clean. The ONLY thing I didn't like was the carpet in the bedroom area. There were stains and some looked fresh. I think it would be healthier to have vinyl flooring like what they have in the bathroom. Easier to keep clean. The breakfast was good.

The young man that was working the desk the night we stayed was AWESOME!!! He went out of his way to accommodate us!!! I wish I would’ve gotten his name. Only downside I would say was chair & ottoman were quite dirty looking.

The staff here are not very nice or friendly even to my children. The gap in my doorway when it was closed and locked that let in a significant amount of daylight that made me feel unsafe. Doubly so when paired with people pounding on the door in the middle of the night. Do yourself a favor and stop in Forsyth instead.

Enjoyed our stay at the end of a long week of traveling. Only blemish on the experience was the staffer monitoring breakfast supplies this morning. Her method of communicating included yelling and barking orders to thos of us in the eating area. She had a scowl on her face the whole time and did not appear to be happy to be there.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast wasn’t as good of a selection as typical with Best Westerns but the worker stayed busy refilling food and cleaning the area. Rooms, bedding, and bathroom all clean. Only downside was the area around the hotel is a little questionable, but it’s right off the highway.

When we arrived with a confirmed and paid reservation the clerk took 20 minutes to find it on the computer. The unit itself was fine but the noise from the freeway was unbearrable and we could not sleep. We had to just leave. obviously these units are not properly insulated.We could hear a dog barking. the toilet kept running until we turned it off.I am a retired home builder and am knowledgeable about .good construction and we are extremely diissatisfied We are demanding a full refund.are demanding a full refund.
