"The room was super clean. Valet attendants always attentive & courteous. Walked to get bagels one morning & can walk to some surrounding restaurants. The onsite coffee shop is nice w/room to work in the morning, if needed, & hotel restaurant food was good. Still a little strange to me that check in’s at a small pop up kiosk (thought was temp last time I stayed 2 yrs ago), which doesn’t seem to be on par with the rest of the hotel, but everything else was great & I’ll definitely stay there again!"

"I would not stay here again. The room had clear cleanliness and safety issues. There were bugs present, and the window appeared to be broken and covered with plastic, which did not feel secure or acceptable for a paying guest. In addition, the overall environment did not feel safe, with concerning activity in the parking lot late at night. This stay was valued at over $100, and even for a budget property, basic standards for cleanliness and safety should still be met. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I raised these concerns with Hotels.com and am currently waiting on resolution."
