"Pool pictured is NOT onsite- it is public pool you can have access to by showing your room key. Rooms were basic but clean and warm enough. Not enough storage and slightly awkward design. Would have liked some basic info in room, but if you go into reception there are info sheets. Property aimed at French guests so info mostly in French and TV only had French channels. "Room was great, spacious and well thought out with charging points. breakfast was good, the hot food sadly wasn't under any heat lamps so the bacon, sausages and hash browns etc were cold so saw lots of daily waste as no-one ate them. everything else was good! Staff were really friendly and still getting to know the hotel as well as so new! Beds were good, shower was good (sadly only 4 coffee pods and then have to pay for extras), good soundproofing. Ski hire shop in basement was well stocked and so easy for in and out each day biggest negative was the room was too hot, even with all radiators switched off it was like an oven which didn't help with sleeping and staff didn't have a solution. I spend around 200 nights a year in hotels if not more and for a new hotel these guys are going the right way. hope to be back to see it!"
