"No elevator but the staff accommodated us with a room on the first floor since we had a cart full of stuff. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Standard continental breakfast but was fresh."

"Have stayed at this property 2 other times and it wa wonderful! This time, however, not so much. Breakfast great, staff nice but the room was less than desired. Carpets not vacuumed well, smoke detector pulled from wall with wires hanging, hair in shower area, fireplace did not work and the jets in the hot tub in the room did not work. Room disappointing but common areas and surrounding area felt safe and clean."

"Our room had a leak in the walls. Had clothes laying on the floor next to the bed that was closest to the bathroom wall and the clothes were wet in the morning."
