Cheerful rest

The hotel room is clean n tidy however a bit tired. I really enjoy the coffee machine inside the room. However, there is a construction site just cross the road which starts operating at 8am, that wakes us all up !

Very centrally located with pubs and restaurants nearby. But the hotel also has a café/bar with outside seating and a restaurant. The room was fairly small but sufficient - has coffee maker and tea kettle in the room.

Stayed for 4 days, cleaner topped up towels and toilet paper but the room was left a mess, bed wasn’t done once and tea/coffee not topped up once, room was not hoovered once, bin bags and rubbish weren’t taken out the entire time of stay. Toilet door lock was broken. Ordered soup in the restaurant and was told bread doesn’t come with the soup however when ordered soup for room service the bread was included?… Not the greatest experience overal and wouldn’t really plan on staying here again unfortunately. Pictures look good but place is definitely worn out and in need of some refurb.

Familiekamer 4 personen, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen van 7 en 9 jaar. Matrassen van de kinderen nogal hard, voor de rest prachtige kamer voor families. Wij waren 1 overnachting, hebben de omgeving niet echt bekeken

Kamervloer was niet schoon, veel te klein wastafeltje, alles eromheen meteen drijfnat, matrassen veel te zacht en helden achterover dus voeteneind liep omhoog. Bureau lag vol met folders en info waardoor er nog minder ruimte was voor je spullen. Ontbijt was goed. Met uitchecken werd niet gevraagd of alles naar wens was geweest.

voor de zoveelste maal dit hotel gekozen en wederom prima service van iedereen ! de kamer kon worden overgeboekt naar kamer met inloopdouche een luxere kamer maar dat is accord, wat kleine probleempjes in de kamer met verlichting het lampje naast het bed is niet uit te schakelen in bed men moet echt het bed uit tsja... en de grote lamp in de kamer ging niet aan er zaten geen batterijen in de afstand bediening waar we de laatste nacht achterkwamen

Kamer zeer klein. Stond een bagagerek, hadden we die gebruikt dan kon je niet meer langs het bed (zijkant of achterlangs) Gescheurde gordijnenen, vocht op de ramen, schimmel op het badkamer plafond. Tv aan de muur bijna tegen het plafond, niet te doen. Koffiemachine kapot. Zeer gehorige gang, hele avond tot laat (23.30) klappende deuren , zeer hard ivm zware deurdrangers. Zoemend /brommend geluid net buiten het raam, vermoedelijk van het ventilatie systeem. Helaas voor ons deze nooit meer. Dit was geen 4* hotel wat ons betreft
