"Great stay! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I especially loved the spa, which offers several sauna options as well as a herbal steam room. Parking was reasonably priced at €10. "Really loved staying here. All of the staff we came into contact with were super friendly and helpful and they helped us get suitable parking for our large van that would not fit in the underground car park. The bedroom was well presented, clean and comfortable. The bathroom seemed very new and was also very clean. Our balcony provided lovely views of the mountains and we enjoyed watching the cows visit in the morning. We did find the mattress and pillows slightly too soft but this is entirely personal preference. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also delicious with so many options and having use of the leisure facilities at The Lenzerhorn was very welcome after a big day in the bike park!"

"Lovely stay, clean room, enjoyed access to spa morning and evening. Room is minimal but nicely designed, some of the lighting buttons were confusing and one button was slightly faulty. Room would be improved with some coat hooks within the lobby area (stayed in Ando room with spacious lobby), or a sideboard or shelf, somewhere to put things as you come in. There wasn't a cushion to sit on by the balcony as in pictures. A kettle would also be useful."
