"Lobby staff was friendly but room condition was bad. Dirty floors, bathrooms needed more cleaning, two calls required to get extra towels that we asked for. "

"Really great value, slightly odd location by the motorway which made walking to anywhere tricky, and tired fixtures and fittings (and noisy air con), but the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was a good size with a desk/dressing table and armchair and coffee table, plus a small balcony, the soundproofing was great, the water pressure was decent, the wifi was reliable and the bed was comfy - and within easy taxi reach of everywhere - all in all incredible value."
