"The hotel did not charge a deposit to my credit card at check-in and allowed check-in after 3:00 p.m. The room was clean, and extra washcloths, towels, and tissues were provided upon request. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The side entrance did not work with the room key card after hours, which was inconvenient. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow was comfortable, although it was smaller than expected. There was a slight delay when using the TV remote control. The refrigerator kept drinks cold, the microwave heated food well, and the iron worked properly. The ironing board did not have any padding, which made ironing a little awkward, but it was still usable."

"This was a perfect stay. The Staff were all so helpful, friendly, and we had a wonderful stay at this Comfort Inn, in Lynchburg, VA. The Breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, juices, coffee, and was as good or better than any other Hotel we have stayed at. Had a restful sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this Comfort Inn."
