"When we initially checked in, we had an issue with there being a ton of lady bugs in our room. When we asked the front desk staff about it, they were incredibly sweet and accommodating and got us into a different room within ten minutes. We were always greeted upon return to the hotel which was very nice. The breakfast was probably the best we've had at any hotel. Overall, our stay was wonderful and the staff was friendly and helpful."

"Everything was great! Shelly (at front desk) remembered us from previous stays. She always makes us feel welcome and greets us with a smile. My family stays at this location each time we have to take our son to Rock Eagle. The housekeeping staff members that we met in the hallway were also courteous. We will definitely continue to book with this location!"
