Fantastic spot to stay just a few metres from Gran via and 10 minutes or less walk to lots of great food. The street is a bit noisy late night early morning when some partiers pass by but it's only a minor inconvenience for a few minutes a night. The apartment we had was large clean and beautiful with clean towels daily in the 2 modern bathrooms. Highly recommend!

We had a great time staying at Arenal Gran Via. Our host Maria contacted us ahead of time and asked us about our arrival time. She sent me detailed directions before our arrival. We were allowed to store our luggage in our room even before the check in time. Upon departure, she helped store our luggage and called the taxi. She was very responsive and usually replied within a few minutes. The property is clean, safe and conveniently located at a central location. We will definitely stay here again!

Noisy & terrible customer service
Unfortunately a stay with great potential - ruined. We arrived at the property exactly on the time advised - only to wait around for 20 minutes to get in as they thought someone else would be available to let us in. The apartment and location is very good - but its sold as a sound proof room and unfortunately its far from that. The noise in the main bedroom made it unusable. Traffic noise both from just outside, and the main road. We messaged the hotel after day 2 and got no response. Day 3 on checking out - we messaged again only to be told it might be because of parties in the local area which is just false information. There is clearly a fault with the room we stayed in and the hotel did nothing about it. Submitting a claim afterwards - the hotel are not budging saying everything was fine - hotels.com are hiding behind not being the provider of the hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The apartment was spacious, I was pleasantly surprised to be honest. Close to Plaza Mayor which was a definite bonus. The staff along with Christian were very nice and accomodating. They took our luggage so we could explore the city as soon as we got to Madrid.

Great location, clean, spacious and like new condition. The only down side is that the unit we stayed faces the street and it was a bit noisy at night.

Almost perfect stay
The first encounter wasn’t pleasant since the flight was late 2 hours and we arrived at the property later than we said We had neither phone nor internet and waited longer at the property for check in But everything else was nice - great modern property, fully equipped, in the middle of everything, even grocery around the corner The host was accommodating to our small requests Thanks, we enjoyed it very much!

This is a great spot really close to all the major sites in the Old City of Madrid. Christian was helpful and very communicative, always able to answer my questions and proactive about any needs we might have. I highly recommend this spot.

The property is in an excellent location, just off of Gran Vía. The apartment is beautiful and very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The communication with the staff was excellent.

Superb service!
Very clean n big comfortable apartment. All amenities provided. The service from Christian is the best. Clear instructions given. My handphone dropped in the taxi just prior to check in and Christian was very kind to liase with the taxi driver to deliver the handphone back and even personally went down to wait for the taxi and personally hand the handphone back to me in the apartment. Best service ever!

An outstanding vacation rental, well-kept, with good appliances, in a great location--big plus for us: a highly functional washer/dryer...always nice at the front end of a long journey! Centrally located in Madrid, very near the Gran Via, and well-positioned to Chueca and Chamartin, it's a great apartment. Bed comfortable, space well laid out. Highly recommended, and would stay again.

Modern , Comfortable Private Apartment
Fantastic apartment easily accessible to Metro Callo on Gran Via. If this is your intended area do not hesitate to book here. From the booking through to the arrival information and checking in it couldn’t have been better. The apartment is newly decorated and furnished really well. It felt like a modern contemporary apartment. Netflix smart TV. Cooking utensils , great WiFi and air conditioning ( I had to turn it up because it was that good I was cold). The bed was very comfortable and great shower. Just couldn’t ask for anything more and for the price. No passing people in hotel reception this is a private apartment block with key fob entrance. Really important at this time. Thank you to Max and the Arenal booking staff. I will be back here 100 percent

I loved the personalized service. The Apartment was clean and neat, and quite spacious. I stayed with my daughter and we both enjoyed the service and the communication. Gabriel is an excellent Property Manager. My daughter and I respect the help and service despite the Madrid City lockdown because of Covid - 19. We shall return!

Convenient, comfy and clean...
Amazing location that is right in the middle of all major tourist attractions. Spotless clean. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is equipped with everything that you need for cooking. Very clean shower. Building have an elevator that is very convenient.

Excellent well equipped apartment, very clean and in a great location for shops, bars, restaurants etc. Quiet of an evening so sleep was not disturbed. Christian is an excellent host who advised us of areas to visit and how to get about using the metro system Very helpful.

Great place to stay.

The apartment was really clean and had excellent amenties in the room - shame we were only staying for 1 night. Easy check in process and were able to get in a little bit early which was really helpful. Great location just off Gran Via. We would happily stay there again.

The location of the apartment is superb, just take a few min walk to the main tourist centre and the metro station. All main scenery spots are at walking distance. Supermarket and many restaurants are nearby, we don't have hassle to find the dining places. The only cons is that there is some renovation work in the building, we can hear the noise in the early morning.

The location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and that's the reason why I'm giving neutral review coz it was not relaxing to stay over there. The sound from the street would keep you awake at night if you a light sleeper and as soon as it's morning, the construction above/next door will be making loud noises. Not ideal for a vacation where you want to stay in bed and sleep in till late. The shower was always cold, we only tried showering in one bathroom as we had put all our stuff there and didn't try the other bathroom so not sure if that's an issue with just that bathroom shower or both the showers.
