"The Staff, Breakfast, Service, and Location were great. The only problem was that the quality of the sofa mattress was so bad. We did let the hotel staff know and they will do something about it in future. This is why I did not rate five stars. "

"Clean room but 310 is small and poorly designed with a large pillar in one area which takes up 10% of the room. "

"We stayed at room 2222, it needs a wooden door in the bathroom because the glass door offers zero privacy. It also has one glass wall in the shower. The room was small and hot even when the heat was off and the window only opens a few inches. The air conditioning wasn’t working during our stay. The hotel offers buffet service for breakfast, lots of options. The area where the hotel is located is walkable, it has a subway station very close and there are a lot of restaurants in the area."

"Room Adequate size, clean but I don’t like the steps leading to the bathroom- it has 3 steps - fall hazard for senior travelers. Placement of mirror allows full view of you if you take a shower for the other company. Staff Professionals and welcoming Breakfast Good choices but no variance. I have the same breakfast food for 4 days Shops nearby A lot! It’s gran via!!!"
