The hotel is well located in the center of Madrid and near el Corte Ingles, the largest department and grocery store in Spain. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially concerning the printing of documents and boarding passes.

The room is spacious, and clean. The stove in the kitchen didn’t work efficiently. The breakfast was okay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location and spacious room
Great location. Spacious room, especially for European standard. The unit we stayed in comes with a small kitchenette. Convenient having a microwave and fridge. The restaurant next door was very good, we highly recommend it too.

Old hotel
property is old, bathroom yucky. There were hairs on the shower head. They really need to renovate the rooms. At midnight, I was sleeping and woke up because I could hear a woman screaming and talking loudly for 1 hour until 1AM. The only good thing was the receptionist, who was very nice, and helped with my luggage lock which got stuck.

Reformado muy bien, sin reformar fatal…
La primera noche nos pusieron en un apartamento que dejaba mucho que desear, el sofá-cama no era apto para dormir, el colchón estaba en muy malas condiciones… Sin embargo al día siguiente de la queja, nos pusieron en un apartamento renovado que estaba muy bien, recién renovado y en el que dormimos muy bien. El personal era muy amable, y muy comprensivo.

It’s all about the service.
The best feature of this property is the personal, from manager to cleaning ladies everyone was doing his/her best to accommodate and help. The only complaint: the washing machine was impossible to operate.

The hotel was clean and pretty quiet, very nice staff. The rooms are smaller than US but bigger does not always mean better. The bathroom was very nice. The area was wonderful, easy to walk anywhere!

a couple with a child- got a spacious mini-suite. very close to metro station and a supermarket ("il court inglez"). service is polite, the apartment is well equipped, only 1 con- the bathroom door doesn't close well so some water leak outside

Location is ok. It has a metro station nearby. A simple but nice restaurant downstairs. Staff was kind. Room was clean and comfy. There’s, however, a strong smell of sewage in the toilet.
