"When we arrived to the island, we took a taxi to the GPS location according to Hotels.com map. The pin was innaccurate, and 6 of us were stranded on another part of the island, 45 minutes away. Only due to a nice local Thai man, did we get a new taxi and find the villa. The villa in the photo shows a beach - we had no beach. "Located on the top of the hill the property is away from hustle and bustle which was what we were looking for. One site manager, Alex and his wife catered and were attentive to every need and requirement from arranging transportation and including organising flower arrangements and dinner banquet for our anniversary to celebrate the occasion. The Villa provides plenty of space and room and games room for entertainment or laying by the pool. Lives up to the name "Sky Dream"."

"We had room 109, wonderful location, the villa was totally comfortable. Great firm bed and comfortable pillows. The breakfast’s had a large variety, great dining area situated along the water and beach The grounds are beautiful, full of vegetation and walking paths. The staff are remarkably kind and helpful "

"The whole complex was absolutely fabulous in every respect, we looked at others nearby and there was no comparison from the restaurant & food, pool/bar, rooms which were all par excellence. The staff are what really made this a special place for us making our stay extremely pleasant and very welcome. One member of staff named BOSS, was exemplary and even changed the bar music at my request, he also managed our motorbike hire, and everything else we asked for was done with pleasure. We will definitely be booking again."

"Lovely welcome, perhaps a site map/ happy hour times / restaurant / spa deals/ info. Our poolside/ beach view room 809 was perfect for family.literally 3m to the pool. Breakfast was great - almond and chocolate croissants - were delicious. Poolside service/ cleaners were lacking - but you could order from the nearby bar . "

"I usually prefer not to leave negative reviews, but I felt it necessary to comment on treatment by some of the staff here. While I don't blame the staff personally—as the Thai people are incredibly hard working and friendly—some employees here seemed miserable or resigned. At times while ordering at the cafe, I felt ignored or met with passive-aggressive silence, even when I was the only customer waiting. It's possible that management, compensation, or another reason is the root cause of low morale, that's only speculation, because I couldn't explain it. I truly feel for the staff, but as a guest, being repeatedly ignored made for an uncomfortable stay. You will need a scooter, b/c it's isolated from anything off site. The property is outstanding, very clean, with stunning views. "
