"There was no maid service the whole time we were there. There was no stocked minibar. The restaurant/coffee cafe is like a school cafeteria and the table and seat coverings were filthy. There were ants on the breakfast buffet as well as in our room. If convenience store means three kinds of chips, peanuts, soda, beer and a basket of plastic razors; then yes, they did have that. "Apartment style with hotel style ammenities. The owners are very nice and accomidating with recommendations for the area. Great communication. Located a short walkable distance outside the old city walls offering a quieter more local experience. Has a big gate that locks at night (10 I believe) giving added security. Very clean and well maintained. Room serviced daily. There is a nice bakery pretty close by. Recommend 10/10. Stayed 5 nights but would stay longer."

"アストラコンドに２泊した後で、こちらに２泊しました。 建物は同じでしたがフロアが違いました。 こちらの１５階にあるファミリータイプに泊まりました。広さはアストラコンドと変わりませんが眺望とダブルサイズになるソファーベッドがあるところが違います。 また、こちらの部屋には洗濯機に乾燥機能もついていました。 親を連れてくるのにいいと思います。 ただ部屋が良すぎて、外出したくなくなってしまいます。"

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom condo. There were a few cosmetic issues but all in all a great place. My one recommendation, if you are doing any tours where they pick you up at the hotel, ask them to pick you up at the Astra Condo lobby on Changklan Road. Google maps the HOC5 about a block away on a back street. We will likely stay here next time we are in Chiang Mai. "
