"We had a magical time staying at Ban Rai Tin Thai Ngarm Eco Lodge. This is a family run lodge surrounded by their beautiful garden and the mountains, a paradise away from the city. The hosts are the most hospitable people I have ever met, they made us feel welcome immediately. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts give advice and maps of the area to explore. My only regret is not staying longer, I never wanted to leave. If you are thinking about booking here, do it, you will not regret it!"

"Customer service was great! We could contact the property owner anytime. We requested specific dishes especially traditional Hmong foods and it was done perfectly on time. He carried our luggages to our places, picked up and dropped us off to the nearest main street. In addition, the view was just breathtakingly beautiful especially before sun rise and during sunset."

"The hotel was very secure, it has a security person direct traffic right in front of the hotel and it's just across the night market. The hotel only give permission for you to go to the floor of your room, the pool, and the breakfast room. The breakfast is excellent. If I ever go back to Chiang Mai again I would certainly stay in this hotel."
