Extremely spacious, very private, secure. The manager, Nan, couldn't have been more helpful. She was lovely. Our critiques would be that the bed is quite hard, the internet connection is very poor, the lounge upholstery seriously needs re-covering, and there needs to be shade cover outside by the pool.

We loved it!

Gorgeous, spacious, calm, serene, wonderful staff...just fabulous. Would highly recommend it to anyone. A couple of things to be aware of: It is 30 minutes outside of Chiang Mai, so this is the place to relax and unwind. Very beautiful jungle landscape. We stayed 3 days in Chiang Mai, then 3 days at Azaya Villas. Staying in Mae Rim on the days we wanted to do the Mae Sa Waterfall, the elephant park and the Botanical Gardens (all in the Mae Rim area) was a great way to do it so that way we didn't have to keep going back and forth to Chiang Mai. We didn't have a car or a scooter so it was kind of a hassle, but we managed to make do either by walking or getting a tuk tuk or believe it or not, Uber. The beds in our villa were HARD AS ROCKS!! (I think #12, the 2 bedroom unit?) My husband and I slept horribly all 3 nights. I finally ended up on the couch. Some people like hard beds, so those of you who do will be fine. If not, good luck.

Good, I will be back.

Very good environment, spacious, clean, tidy and well equipped with what you need. But a bit remote from the down town, need to rent a car for your daily traveling, anyway, very good.

Fair price for a lovely villa

Stayed in Villa 6. Love the barbecue (MUST order!). Very big living and dinning area with a well equipped kitchen. However the television is rather small in such a big room and the hi-fi was not working. Unluckily, it was cloudy and rainy during the period we stayed so we only used the pool once.

Brilliant choice!

Azaya villa is an epic property in Chiang mai area. Uniquely designed and well equipped house with own pool and lawn. Security guard is on duty 24-7. Absolutely wonderful place to stay and take a rest. Because of the location, you have to rent a car or hire a driver.

Great stay in huge modern villa

We stayed in two beds room villa. So big enough for 4 of us. We should have brought more foods for convenience but the Thai foods we ordered from management office were excellent! Great stay !

我們在這裡住了兩晚，非常享受在這裡的時光，在游泳池旁待了很長的時間，非常的舒服，室內空間也很寬敞明亮，整體而言我們一家人滿意極了，只是可能房子太大，客廳收得到網路，房間就收不到了，如果能夠增強網路收訊就太完美了！我們自己有租車子，到古城區只要二十五分鐘，非常方便！下次來還會想住這裡！

Great Villa in Chaing Mai

The villa is hugh and the outlook is great. It's a bit far from the town, suggest to rent a car with driver if stay there (it's not too expensive around 2500 THB per day). Around 5 mins walk to a coffee shop and around 20 mins walk to 4 seasons hotel. However, there is NO reception for the villa, you just can reach the duty manager from 0800-2000hrs. If they can provide 24hours service will be better.

A Spacious and Homey stay

This lodge is near the Tiger Kingdom which is a must visit. Stayed for 3 nites and had a wonderful break. Loved the fact that there are many books lying on tables made available for reading. A very spacious and private abode; ideal for family with kids.

Huge and wonderful villa

We got a huge villa with a swimming pool. The environment and facilities were perfect. However, it is quite far from city (took 45 mins), so needed to arrange transportation which the staff are very helpful for that too. We also experienced electricity stoppage at one night, but no one can explain to us what is going on and when the electricity will be normal. I am not sure whether it happens all the time or not coz the neighbour seems very used to it.

a wonderful villa ,driver in our travel

Very good , and We own a private driver whose name is MAN . He show and guide us during our stay, even take us wherever we want to go. Suggest you point the drive with this Villa for your holiday . Swimming pool , mountains , peaceful feeling , everything is good on the Villa Azaya . We expect we can come back soon .

This is a great place to chill out and relax...quiet and serene surroundings. The space is generous but the bed/pillow could be better to provide more sleeping comfort. Staff service is excellent too!

Had a Great Easter in Azaya

We stayed in this nice, spacious and well equipped villa for 4 nights during Easter.We all felt so lucky to have this in our trip. The 2-bedroom villa is sufficient to host 4-6 people, and has a swimming pool and a nice garden. We rented a car, it's about 30 mins drive from the villa to the city center, and the private car park is just outside the villa. We would like to stay there again next time we visit Chiang Mai as the villa and the staff were really nice. This time we didn't have so much time to stay and enjoy ourselves in this wonderful place, but next time we definitely will!

Great villa for small families or groups

Great villa in Mae Rim near Chiang Mai. With two bedrooms the villa was very spacious for four adults and had nice gardens and a swimming pool. One bedroom is much bigger and more glamorous than the other so watch this when visiting with friends as one couple will get the raw end of the deal. It's perfect for a family of one or two children though. The location is good if you have a car to get yourself about and you're right next to the Four Seasons. The staff were all extremely helpful and provided meals when we required. We thought our stay was excellent value.

5 star home-like villa

The villa is very big and comfort for 5 adults. We love it so much and the pool is huge. Well equipped kitchen, room wifi, plenty of bottle water, everything is nice. We arranged pool side BBQ by the pool which the hotel staff cooked for you, food is average but we had a happy time. Will visit again. Better to hire a car, 20-30mins drive to city ctr. The "Ann And Cafe" just outside the hotel has the best cake.

Beautiful, amazing stay with attentive staff

We have stayed in a two bedroom villa for 4 days in September 2014. Both bedrooms are en suite but one of the bedrooms is way bigger and better than the other one (king bed versus double bed, jacuzzi bathtub versus shower cubicle). The area is not too convenient (FYI located rigt next to four seasons) so we has to get around by taxis. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the city centre and the airport (around 500 to 600 baht per journey). Although the location was not too convenient, we would stay there again next time we visit as the villa was really nice and the staff was very attentive. There is a huge garden, private pool, two living rooms and one dining room in the villa we stayed in. One of the female staff spoke very good English and we had no problems in communicating with her. They could also arrange for private BBQ dinner inside the villa by your private pool for a low price. There are a couple restaurants and cafes within 15 minutes walk from Azaya. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting Chiang Mai.
