"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...

"Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here."

"Really disappointed with the property. It could be so lovely as the surroundings are really beautiful. Room is outdated and grubby. Surfaces and floors were sticky. We had no hot water to shower in the morning and mentioned it at check out only to be told it had been rectified, but at that point it was to late as we were checking out. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. "
