"The only issue I have with this hotel is that I needed to sleep until noon, which was checkout time. housekeepers were very loud in the hallways. "It was an amazing experience to stay there. Centrally located it’s in walking distance to most sites we wanted to visit as well as very close to bus and train station. Only place we ever took a taxi to was el Cristo del Ortero. Registration personnel was super nice and sweet as said they would love to visit us in the Pueblo next year. I was scared they would charge us for using the elevator so much but of course they didn’t. Oh they only turn the air conditioning on when it gets really hot but...

"Hotel was ok, I parked on the street as I didn’t want to pay €8.50. There’s no food available in the evening and the bar is soulless. Breakfast was ok, but just ok. Shower was a dribble in Room 104 and the shower head had to be held. I have cancelled another reservation that I had booked."

"Although it is dog friendly, if you have a dog you cannot use the hotel facilities. Your dog is only allowed in reception and your room. There is no where you can use the dining facilities or have breakfast if you have a dog with you. There is no where near the hotel that you can eat or purchase food and drinks. There are no coffee or tea making facilities in the room."

"This was a useful stop-over on the way from the Med coast to Santander. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant provides a "menu of the day" evening meal option after about 20:00 at a very reasonable charge - although travellers from the UK might find the food a little unusual. There seemed to be no other eating places in the vicinity - so this was a very useful option."

"Perfect location in the city's center, so close to everything that you might want to see. The room was perfect and clean; private toilet with shower, TV, mini fridge and a fun for the summer nights in Spain. You were free to go in and out anytime, that's the freedom I was looking for.
