"The room was clean other than some cracker crumbs left under the desk area. The staff had forgotten to lock the adjoining room door so had to go bring this to attention of the clerk. She just said I wonโ€™t rent that room out. The balcony was not well kept at all and the vinyl on building hallways is extremely dusty! Need some Steps so guests can access the creek! There should also be limits on guests level of noise with music. We had some ladies downstairs & over about 2 rooms that played music loudly out back. We were there to rest n they were there for partyiny & drinking. The guy below us was smoking weed as well with a drift coming up on balcony! We couldโ€™ve called desk but just retreated back into our room instead of enjoying the balcony we paid extra to have and not causing any issues since only there for one night. Had we been there for longer we would have complaned. The clerk was not very friendly but guess southerners expect a little more than some are willing to give."
