We were visiting Muscat for a week and we stayed here becuse it is central. That said, Muscat is spread out so any sightseeing stay in the citywill need taxis. This hotel was almost perfect. The chargeable buffets for breakfast and dinner had an outstanding variety of excellent food. The staff were always friendly and efficient. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool was large and not busy. The only down side was the lack of local amenities. We did not find any restaurants withing walking distance but there are a couple of grocery stores. The Lulu supermarket is a mike or so away, but it is easy to get taxis & private tours to stop there on the way back to the hotel. Churches are about a 500 metre walk from the hotel.

Friendly staff , clean rooms , complementary breakfast with variety of foods and international cuisine brought me an extraordinary experience and relaxing in my long distance trip.

The room was spotless and the staff were so professional.

Pool hadn’t had chlorine in it for a long time,cleaning staff were fantastic,management not too friendly

Staff were very friendly and kept the room very clean and tidy. The gym, sauna and steam room were perfect
