"Beautiful pool and cheap prices, but along with the cheap prices comes not so comfy beds and average size tv. On the upside it’s Penticton so it’s basically just a place to sleep and they have an amazing pool. Again though it’s Penticton so who needs a pool? Staff was nice and easy to speak with, and they had dishes and a microwave. However there was a note that said if you leave any dirty dishes you will be charged, so we were too worried to use them."

"upon arrival check in was not ready i had to wait about 90 min for the room to be ready. the room did not look like the photos and looked like a dark closet/ storage area. fixtures were out of the 80s or early 90s including lighting, vanity, shower while bathroom really. seams on the drywall were popping. The door did not have a secondary or secure way to lock it was just a door handle lock. and the coffee maker did not work properly. whatever chemicals they used to clean smell treatable and triggered my allergy’s. i kept thinking i was smelling lingering cigarette Smoke in the room. the outside of the building is also wearing and old with concrete steps being chipped and rebar showing and stained with rust."

"We have been staying here for about five years now. Hotel allow us to check in a few hours early which was nice. Front desk staff is always very courteous and easy to deal with. We usually book the king size suite. Beds are very comfortable with a nice shower and good climate control in the room. Hotel is a few years old now, and is beginning to show a little bit of wear in the rooms. All in all though, a nice day and will stay there again. You need to be careful when booking rooms online through third-party vendors as the price is fluctuate wildly, sometimes from day-to-day. They can go up, they can go down."
