"My stay at this hotel was overall positive. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar was a nice convenience and added to the overall value. Breakfast was very good (9/10) with a solid variety of options and good quality food. The main drawback was the in-room TV system. It was quite restrictive — there were no streaming or casting options, and no built-in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. For a hotel of this level, a more modern entertainment setup would be expected. Aside from that, everything else met expectations, and the experience was pleasant overall. Huge shoutout to the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot her name but maybe Amalia?). She was super friendly and answered a lot of our questions regarding transportation and our stay there. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Naples."

"Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!"

"The room was clean, very safe and easy to access. They have an elevator. The hotel is located in a neighborhood with many nice little shops and I felt at home walking around. The staff was very responsive and helped me easily check in and check out. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small kitchen where you can use a fridge and make a coffee. Nice people and a great place! Only a few rooms and it was in an apartment building which I loved. Definitely a boutique feeling!"
