"Staff was wonderful! There was a substantial amount of trash in and around the property, primarily in the parking lots. It seems as if no one is concerned about picking up trash once it's been there a few days. Breakfast was sparse, but opened on time and always ready at 6am as stated. Rooms were decent, clean and quiet. Shower water pressure was good and always hot. The digital TV system was very confusing. Almost every channel had to be entered via remote numbers by hand. The channel up / down button did not advance channels in a traditional fashion."

"We were very pleased with our stay and will look at other Holiday Inn Express for our future stays. The staff were welcoming and our room was clean. The breakfast was phenomenal and not many places offer a nice breakfast to start your day. We had bacon, eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. They also had cereal, muffins, pancakes, oatmeal and fruit, as well as coffee and juices. It was close to being our best place to stay."

"Our king room was upgraded to a suite! The hotel was not full and the suite was available…such a nice gesture! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great with so many options! The room was clean, quiet and the bed was comfy! We will definitely stay here again if/when we are back in Hot Springs!"

"Great, quiet location and easy access off the highway. Friendly staff and timely support service. The facility itself could use a facelift on the inside with more modern amenities. A coffee maker was available, but mean for a 12-cup pot of coffee, while the stay is for two people. Also, for the rental price, it should not ask for guests to load dishwasher, put the trash away etc. The check out time of 10 am and check in at 4 pm or later should be reconsidered."
