"Alan and the staff were excellent! They made our travel experience easy, relaxing and wonderful from start to finish! They met us at the airport, helped us to rent a vehicle, and contacted us when our room was ready to check into! Breakfast was healthy, fresh and ready on time everyday! "Very well rounded service! Theres free shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel, our room was clean, modern and spacious. Also assisted us with scooter rental too. it does take a small walk to get to Magong, but if you rent a scooter its not a problem. "

"Hotel room and bed are spacious and comfortable and clean. It is in a house converted to hotel rooms. Shower and bathroom were not quite up to par. Buffet breakfast had selection but not substantial, without protein, mostly carbs. Hotel location is quite isolated and would require a car to get to. For a budget hotel, one can’t complain! "

"All is very nice, we had a room with harbor view and enjoying balcony; all excellent except for breakfast, an amazing choice of chinese style items, all great but for north americans, which for sure are a very small minority, all "hot" items, such as eggs, omelets, ham, although under lamps, were served cold..... everything else is 5 stars!"
