"I thought the staff was great, but this area and location is a bit rough, so you may face some cold nights and lack some creature comforts. I stayed 4 nights, which may have been two too many as there really wasn’t a whole lot to do at night. Still the day hiking was nice and the hotel restaurant was nice. "

"I booked my stay at serene resort online, approximately 4-5 days in advance, using an online travel company. I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. I arrived to the resort only to discover the manager refused to rent me a room and said he canceled my reservation. He then sent me to another hotel where I had to pay for a room. The next...

"Worst place ever. Very very dirty & stinking & the toilets are Soo dirty & smelly. No mountain view at all. No heaters. Overall it’s the worst. "

"If you like to have your own quiet time this is the place. The Hotel owner and the manager (suraj) was very nice and very cooperative. Though the property does not have any Room heater we managed the cold night with 2 blankets! WiFI was really good and phone signal was fine. The hotel was on the valley and beautiful view. We have enjoyed our stay."
