"Very professional staff, incredible location near the entrance to Yala National Park. The staffs English could be improved upon but the staff were very attentive, warm and helpful. The room we had was incredible. Very large with all the amenties you could expect. The small private pool was nice but cold and not really used. The food at the restaurant was well prepared and reasonably priced. They have both an international food and local Sri Lankan menu to choose from. We look forward to returning some day!"

"Wonderful hotel in a great location close to lake and ocean. We stayed in a jungle chalet which was spacious and well equipped. Staff constantly patrolling the area so very safe. We booked full board and all the meals were delicious and great variety. Danushka served us at dinner and breakfast and was charming and very attentive. "

"This Hotel is a scam. I booked room via hotel.com and hotel management directly contactec me as well as sent an email of cancellation of booking due to non availiboltu of room. It happened on 08/08/2025 and I am still chasing the refund of the money I paid. I am contacting hotel.com customer service again n again and they say that they are recieving any response from hotel.
