"Beautiful hotel. Good food and helpful staff."

"The overall property is very impressive; however, the guest rooms require more attention and maintenance. Fixtures such as curtains, door handles, wardrobes, and soap dispenser stands need critical care and improvement. On a positive note, the restaurant staff and food were outstanding and truly the highlight of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the dining experience. I would like to especially mention the warm welcome extended by your restaurant manager, Vikram, who is extremely polite and humble. Vaishali prepared and served the best tea we had during our trip. Chef Sainath and his team were excellent—courteous and helpful in preparing and serving delicious food, along with great recommendations. Server Valmik also did an excellent job."

"I stayed at Treat Imperial Hotel, Aurangabad, with my wife for one day on 27 February 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The swimming pool was excellent—clean and very relaxing. We also really liked the dining hall, which was pleasant and nicely arranged. What impressed us the most was the staff. They were extremely polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Their service made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, everything about the hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend Treat Imperial Hotel to anyone visiting Aurangabad and would be happy to stay there again"

"My room smelt heavily of cleaner, when I complained, the assistant manager turned up with another spray which I refused. Then plugged in an air purifier after telling me no otger rooms were free. Was too tired, and disappointed. Next day the room was changed with no compensatory gesture but my experience was entirely different. They should have acted sooner.otherwise would have given 5 star for value."

"The hotel is brand new and the service was excellent. The owner Amol, went extra mile in help booking the rides from airport to hotel and for the local rides. He even tracked the driver early in the morning 5.30am to make sure I reach the airport back on time. "

"The room was average and the first issue I noticed was that the shower drainage was completely clogged and I had to stop my shower and have the maintenance clean up! This should have been taken care of prior to letting the hotel guests in."

"Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things after making prepaid reservation. Manager denied to offer breakfast after showing them reservation details online even though it shows Free Breakfast. Instead they would cancel the reservation & let 3 rooms go. Instead of accommodating guests there was more argument than service. I would not recommend making reservation online for this hotel. If you make reservation directly with the hotel, please make sure you get everything in writing via email or WhatsApp. On top fridge did not work. There was no hand towel or wash cloths. Room had lot of hairballs and lint behind room door. We ended up throwing it out in the hallway. Could see black stains through towels. This hotel is part of Choice Hotels franchise. We communicated with the manager that we also own Choice Hotel properties and this is not the type of service any guests should receive. But guess what, the manager cared less. What a lousy service. Hope the owner reads the review. Pros: In room A/C & Ceiling Fan worked normally."
