"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Even that it's a city center it's quiet and a lot of plans and trees around the hotel. It's really beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice and polite. "we have booked a double room with balcony, but instead were placed in a very small dirty room with the air conditioner that didn’t work. The room had a single bed and no balcony. We requested several times to be placed in the room that we have already payed for, but reception staff only stated that they are fully booked. The service is awful, the rooms are dirty and the restaurants are unsanitary. This is clearly NOT a 5 star hotel, and not even 3 star one. I wish I have chosen something else....
