"I loved staying at emerald beach resort, it is further away from most main tourist attractions and some taxi drivers may not take you too far, but would recommend renting a car if you're staying at this resort. Other than that, love the hotel, the rooms were great, employees are a little rude but don't let it bother you much. Will come back to this resort next year!"

"The RITZ Carlton, Saint Thomas. Amazing, memorable, fun and an everlasting experience. The best decision I have made about travel accommodation, in decades. This year, it was my wife's 50th and I wanted to surprise her with something unique and different. We also have 2 small children, ages 7 & 10. The Ritz Carlton was my immediate pick. Our philosophy is that if you travel somewhere unknown with small children, choose the best there is to avoid ugly surprises, disappointments or anguish. Do not penny pinch or fool yourself into thinking that you are some sort of a travel magician. I have tried that in the past, looking for deals, cut corners. . .and it turned out 50/50 in terms of excitement vs. disappointment. The Ritz Carlton Brand delivered what it is known for, worldwide. The moment we pulled into the Ritz Carlton with our rental car, the staff was extremely attentive, welcoming, happy and excited to see us. The Bellmen drove us with their golf cart to the section of the resort that is called CLUB LEVEL. Club Level is an all-inclusive accommodation, with complementary meals, beverages, specialized service, any sports gear you can possibly think of. It is a must do for anyone that expects being pampered, kick up their feet and truly forget about everything. The people, the staff, the elevated class in service, the attention to detail is what we will always remember. Every team member from concierge to service staff held the utmost professionalism.
