"The hotel is lovely, well placed in Albany, close to the stadium and Albany mall. The staff are efficient with a quick and easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean, well serviced with everything needed, including toiletries, more than enough towels, gowns, slippers and everything needed for morning coffee and tea. Everything you need to know about the hotel is presented on a tasteful home page on the TV and you can log into your streaming apps or watch live tv. There is a bar fridge in the room and all guests have access to the pool, spa tub, gym, steam sauna and salt sauna on the 2nd floor. The salt sauna is particularly enjoyable. "

Staff were extremely helpful & kind. They gave us a lift to the restaurant in a golf cart due to it pouring down with rain ☔️
