"Where do I start The property was described as a studio. It stated that everyone in my party would be undestrurbed in the accomodation. This is untrue and breaches the trades description legislation The property has a shared kitchen with no privacy in it. "Went on holiday for a couple weeks in the UK. This was my favorite room that I rented due to the kind owner and the amenities. The room had a Microwave & Refrigerator/freezer, which is something that all of the other hotel rooms I rented lacked. The neighborhood was nice and it was pleasant able to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, train station and Kew Gardens/Palace. I felt safe walking around even when it started to get dark. "Property location was excellent however parking is expensive and not always available. The property was not the cleanest and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sofa was stained and curtain rail fell of three times. Kitchen hasnt got basic utensils. Couldn’t get into the apartment on multiple occasions but customer service were always helpful. "

"They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. "Excellent hotel. Much better than the other airport hotels at Heathrow. Most hotels you need to take the Heathrow Hopper Bus which. Is £6. It can take an hour depending where your hotel is on the route. With this fabulous hotel it’s opposite Hatton Cross tube which is one stop from the terminals. You are there in minutes. Great price hotel. So modern. Don’t waste time with the others. I’ve stayed at most of them and will only ever stay here now. "

"This was a very comfortable place for my recent overnight stay at the London airport. I liked that it was easy to get from the hotel to my flight terminal. I also thought that the cost was very reasonable. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again."

"Everyone was so very kind! Very convenient to the airport. Short of the elevator not working…. But they did offer to take our baggage to our room 😀. The restaurant staff was so very nice, but the food was meh… maybe just go out somewhere else to eat. I would definitely stay here again! The uber ride was much easier than expected. Make sure you get in the right bus haha. We had to get off at another hotel , but uber was on it. The room was very spacious and the AC worked wonders. Again…. GREAT STAFF. thank you "
