"Like most people these days price and value plays a large part in making choices, This hoel I just a little more expensive than some basic providers which is offset by things like free parking on site, and you feel like you have stayed in a real hotel. So generally very good especially when you have been upgraded as we were.. Now the negatives the room we had was on the ground floor the noise from the room above due to poor sound insulation and creaking floor and joists were the worst I have ever experienced in a fairly modern property it became quite annoying as we had to get up for an early morning flight. Secondly bar prices were expensive being charged ยฃ16.20 for 2 gin and tonics seems excessive especially when it's run of the mill Gordens and Schweppes. Would I stay again , yes at the right price but I would ask for a higher floor and not use the bar."

"This was our second stay , this time for 2 nights. A warm friendly welcome at reception,quickly booked in and up too our room's. Good well appointed room , clean and comfy. Good food and service in the Martello bar. A great base for visiting Port Lympne animal park and exploring the local area with the added bonus of being a short walk to the seafront and Hythe Town centre."

"Very quite for a services hotel. Free parking, just make sure you give them your number plate. But they ask you anyway. 24hr services next door (apart from Mc'Ds as 12-1am they close). Room was clean, very comfortable beds, good shower, hot water, tea and coffee in the room. Staff where lovely."

"Great weekend stay to attend sports events (Olympic stadium and Brands Hatch) perfectly located for driving to both. Room spotless and perfect for our family (2 x A, 1 x C). Great parking, barrier controlled, with lots of space. Breakfast very good, hot, plentiful and a wide choice. Other food options donโt suit us but we were able to order in and although we had to eat in our room staff were happy to provide plates and cutlery. All staff were helpful and friendly and our room was clean and very comfortable. Due to layout some rooms quite far (round 3 long corridors) from the lift, this wasnโt an issue for us but could be for some. We had a great stay and will certainly return in the future."
