"Clean and convenient location "

"I have to say that they have the best staff, very kind and understanding but the room was not clean and had roaches, like a lot. We were planning to stay two nights but had to leave because it was too much. The place was quiet, the locations is very good, quick access to the 183 and plenty of restaurants and stores around. "

"Room was clean, staff was friendly, areas outside the room had litter and trash cans were left till overflowing. My biggest issue was the poor quality AC and the "eco" / motion sensor controls. The AC struggled to cool the room and if it didnt detect motion it shut off. This lead to several poor nights of sleep due to room temperature rising to 78 despite a much cooler outside temperature."
