As we check in after the reception closed, the staff is able to revert me via email as i didn’t have data roaming for my phone and to be able to proceed the check in via email. It would have been amazing if I had been allocated a unit at the ground floor which I requested at check I and was told there were none available. Had to climb the stairs with my luggage which was inconvenient as we are overseas travellers with big luggage.

I was very satisfied with the charming historic building, the interior design, the central location, and the cleanliness. I booked a single room, but the bed was double-sized, and the room even had a window and a bathtub, which made my stay even more comfortable. If I visit Ballarat again, I would definitely stay here again.
