"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Residence L'Incanto Sorrento.The location was quiet and the views from the upper terraces were beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we have slept in during our travels, and the pillows were great too. The heat worked well and was appreciated because we had some cold nights. "This was a great location; close to the main centre with restaurants, grocery store etc. The host was easy to reach and we were met at apt at check in time by Lucia who was very helpful. The only 2 comments is that if arriving early, make special arrangements as the property management co name is not on the directory of the building so we were not sure where to go. Luckily someone let us in and we stored our luggage in an open office ( the wrong office) until check in time but they didn't...

"Villa Rosa was nice but the hill to get to the main road is vertical. They have no way to help you get to the top especially when it is time to leave with your luggage. Luciano luckily helped us with some of our luggage, but you would think with a vertical hill they would have something. The small town below doesn’t offer many different options for food, but the views are spectacular. Overall it was fine, but it’s very remote and the location is inconvenient."

"Pros: Excellent location. Walk from accommodation to the pier to catch the hydrofoil to Capri took us 5min through the elevators (€1). The staff were extremely helpful, especially Alessandro who took the pains to show us where the parking garage was (€18/day) and recommended us great restaurants. They have Netflix!! Cons: The bathroom shower leaked at times and minor flooding occurs. The heater function could be better."
