"This is more like a nice hostel. It was clean and quite spacious given typical European sizes, but my room had a dorm vibe. It felt like student accommodation, but it was fine and cheaper than other places. Had air-conditioning too which was great. Just not at all fancy."

"Great staff, very welcoming and personable. Room had plenty of space for two adults and a dog, and was clean and decorated well. Very minor issues were dim lighting in WC, bedside light flickered, and the air cooling system didn't bring much comfort! The bar and restaurant were terrific, and the menu was interesting and well thought out. Round that off with a very good range of breakfast, good swimming pool and shady, tree lined walks around the grounds, great for dogs. Love it"
