"The hotel is in a great location in Newcastle west. Close to the interchange for trains to Sydney or to catch the tram into Newcastle. The furniture/layout in the room was exceptional and exactly what the modern traveler needs. After having spent 2 nights there I arrived back late one Saturday evening and one of the lights in the room wasn't working. The response from the staff was great!"

"Amazing 2 bedroom apartment , although very tight squeeze around the beds, comfortable and sunny apartment. It appears it is geared towards only two people being there. 2 chairs on balcony, 2 coffee pods only. Otherwise this is our 2nd stay here, 4 froliends having weekend catch up. Location is perfect to walk to anywhere in Newcastle."

"From the moment we parked the car in the excellent car park, to reception that was seamless and as if a personal concierge had taken us through the check-in process. We entered a modern well-equipped suite, to find everything needed for a comfortable relaxing stay. Ferris gave us advice on local sights, shopping and where to find the best eateries. This became the best stay of our trip. A definite stay next time we come to the Hunter."

"Beautiful location and very cosy and intimate accomodation. Only had two concerns: No reception on site (so we were a little worried if we a problem arose, it may be difficult to get assistance); and also the rooms are not sound-proofed, (we definitely heard our neighbours!!!) But overall a wonderful experience and having a cosy fireplace was honestly a huge factor in our accomodation choice!!!"
