Overall, Service was prompt and accomodating. Rooms were tidy and bright, though the room notes may need a redesign; the placard where the room service menu and appliance instructions QR code was easily missed, and some of the appliance are in need of maintenance. Pyang and Maria from the breakfast team were a delight to see, and the pasta from Toscana was tasty. Wine list could use more by-the-glass options. Front desk is prompt, pragmatic and efficient, but needs more of the Filipino Warmth and Hospitality that we are known for worldwide. Hallways from the lifts to the room were consistently warm

I have stayed in this hotel for many years. This last stay was a little bit disappointing.
There were area carpets in the room before that have been removed, and the beds are not as comfortable and they squeaked and make a thumping sound so loud that it woke me up. Other than that, it was comfortable and conveniently located.
I have always enjoyed staying there, but it seems that perhaps they changed management or ownership because it’s just not the same.
