Great experience starting at PLM. Rooms were good and the private beach is brilliant to relax and engage in activities such as scuba diving and parasailing. Food served in the restaurants is good but lacks variety. Shops and chemist at the hotel charge exorbitantly so better to avoid them.

Very poor, discourteous and unhelpful. We felt more like an inconvenience than guests. The room was ok, staff not especially helpful or polite. Very keen to gain tips for the slightest bit of help.
