Rooms/suites require upgrading. Bedding is worn out with holes! Our sheet was changed once only at our request! Large balcony, although generous was not swept or washed in the 2 weeks we were there. They charge for beach towels. Shower water pressure was weak. The room was very noisy from the outdoor noise. It wa as if the windows did not exist or opened when they were closed. Check in time was not as promised. The bed was extremely uncomfortable!! Felt every spring while you slept.
