We stay 3 nights and 4 days and everytime we ge had our breakfast theres an issue on us regarding wearing bedroom dresses. They call our attention about wearing bedroom slippers but we saw some other guest wearing theirs(foreigner). Is it because they are foreigners so they are exempted? we extend a day expecting to have a free breakfast We fall in line early to have our breakfast but we are surprised that our name are not included. Hope that the staff told us about it because we extend ithe same room. Overall the stay is fine but the breakfast experience is bad

Polite and very friendly hotel staff. Mento’s dining hall with delicious food. There are visible upgrades needed in the rooms, hallways and elevators. Otherwise it’s a great location and access to Manila’s hidden Gems.

The room was beautiful, but there was a blood stain on the pillow. We used the toothbrush and toothpaste provided, but when house keeping came in they threw these out and didn't replace with new ones. Overall the hotel was nice, but due to these things I would not say they are a 5 star hotel. 4 star ...
