"Vi har haft vores bryllupsnat i denne hotel. Forfærdeligt. Ingen service, vi kom om natten men der har ikke været mulighed overhoved at få noget at drikke. Selv om hotel reklamere med 24/7 service.Vi har spurgt efter vand men dette ku vi ikke få.
Kun en enkelt håndklæde. Toilet skyller virkede ikke. Larm af nogle skabe på gangen som åbner og lukker af vinden.

"The Hotel Zenith was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. As a USA citizen who has travelled a lot I give this hotel a 10/10. The staff are very friendly and the service level is excellent.
