The property is new and clean but doesn't have a restaurant or a cafe, most of the rooms don't have Sea view.The pool was clean but cold .The gay at reception and other staff are so cool without any smile and all the time in their mobiles.

Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony.
