"The guesthouse provided an excellent stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with high-quality amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The small kitchen and well-stocked minibar added a convenient touch to the stay. Although two of the LED lights were not functioning, the overall experience was very positive and offered great value for money. The nearby restaurant, Orange, offered an exceptional dining experience that seamlessly complemented our stay at the guesthouse. Renowned as one of the finest establishments in Mbombela, Orange impressed with its exquisite cuisine, attentive service, and inviting ambiance. Each dish was a delightful testament to culinary artistry, making our meal both memorable and satisfying. Without a doubt, Orange stands out as a culinary gem in the city, adding to the overall positive impression of our visit. "

One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the deck, which offered a beautiful view of the trees and mountains. The scenery really stood out and made the mornings extra special. "I had the kings suite. Quite nice that in a large villa there is a shared space but you also have your own room or suite inside the villa. It was quiet and comfortable. The location in the Ezilwini valley is very beautiful and convenient if you have a car. Friendly personnel and a relatively good restaurant too. I tried the eggs Benedict for warm breakfast that was so so not the greatest but am confident that other warm breakfast options will be better. Overall I would recommend it. "

"We liked our stay at the game reserve, our unit overlooked the river which was very relaxing, we only went on 1 game drive due to not seeing any Elephants or Lions which was disappointing and the Buffalo where very far away, the vehicle for the game drive was very old and difficult to get in and out as I have had 2 hip replacements."

"We had a terrible experience. The hotel looks nothing like it does o the site. It’s completely run down. The hospitality is poor. Uncomfortable beds. The rooms and toilets are dirty. The fridge looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months, there were dead cockroaches in the fridge. Instead of apologising the receptionist made excuses about how the pictures on the site are old pictures and that the place is being renovated, when we asked her why the misrepresentation because if there were accurate images it’d allow us a fair chance to choose whether or not to book the place, she responded and sarcastically said, “where would you guys go”. We moved out before completing our two day stay there. I wouldn’t recommend that spot to anyone. Furthermore when you book it says there’s free breakfast included. There’s nothing like that!"
