Amazing hotel. Clean bathrooms and pleasant smell. Close to every store. Very convenient and right across Haram. Because it gets crowded with elevators, it takes a bit time to get to mosque. That’s the only issue.

Movenpick,s hotel breakfast buffet from Hajar restaurant was just ok. Pullman Zaman provides breakfast buffet from different restaurants and food was very tasty there. The carpet of Movenpick hotel was dirty inside the room and also on the hallway of 24 th floor. There was no desk inside the room though there was space. There was no microwave/ hotpot inside the room to warm up food.

Good hotel. Perfect location. Staff from reception to house cleaning were top notch. Room for improvements: - Breakfast and dinner buffet could have been better with more - some issues with elevators taking time to come. But that was something minor. Overall: We loved our overall stay. Rooms were renovated and spacious and with much storage capacity. Fresh water provided daily. Iron provided. Would definitely come back and stay again for our next umrah. InshAllah.
