"It’s ok no much to said price to high pet friendly but they charge to much not good "

"We stayed at the hotel, but upon arrival, there was no hot water for showers. When we complained, they said they would refund our money. We had to leave the hotel and find another place to sleep. The service was terrible, and there was no hot water. What are you going to do about this, and when will you refund my money?"

"Room was dirty. Pillow cases not changed. Dirt and hair on them. Trash left under furniture. Room not vacuumed well. One bright spot was staff who were extremely apologetic and got me a new room immediately."

"Property and room were very clean and comfortable. The one thing I wasn’t aware of is there is no staff on site if you check in after 5:00pm. I had to call the number on the front door, download an app and complete several steps to access my room via phone. Once I got through that, the rest I’m of the stay was fine. The location was convenient with a restaurant/bar across the street and other stores within close walking distance."

"The hotel location is beautiful. The building is well kept and clean. The staff was amazing! We loved our room overall but there were a few minor inconveniences: 1. The shower handle kept getting stuck and was hard to turn off. 2. We went in April and the room got very hot at night. You couldn’t change the room thermostat from hot to cold. So they told us to open the windows, which let a bee inside our room because the windows had no nets. "

"This is my fourth stay under new ownership and yhe efforts to upgrade is noticeable. Overall this is a nice place with continued focus on upgrades."
